What BOTH people need for a healthy relationship? (video)

A healthy relationship isn't built by one person trying harder. It's created when BOTH people show up with awareness, effort and emotional honesty.

1. Emotional presence.
Being physically there isn't enough. Real connection happens when both people are emotionally available. 

2. Mutual responsibility.
Each person takes ownership of their actions instead of blaming or avoiding difficult conversations. 

3. Clear communication.
Needs, expectations and boundaries are expressed openly not through guessing or mind-reading. 

4. Respect for individuality.
Healthy relationships allow space for growth, independence and personal identity. 

5. Willingness to grow together.
Not perfection - but the ability to learn, reflect and adapt as a team. 

When one person carries the emotional weight alone, the relationship becomes unbalanced. Healthy love is not about sacrifice it's about shared effort.
